This stuff is Amazing. I should've gotten more than 1LB. You can easily go threw the bag, if you don't pay attention.
i'm not sure 2 lbs/month will be enough! my son eats it like it's potato chips. and even my wife - who barely eats meat - is a huge fan! as for me, i may have to look into a 12 step program soon...;)
I have been buying from these folks for years now and all I can say is the brisket jerky gets better and better each time I order it.
I am a first timer for this brand/company. I ordered the tropical mango brisket. Have to say I loved it. Very nice high quality cuts, and the spices/seasonings was a pleasant surprise. I will be ordering again. Would recommend fpr you to try it if you are undecided.
For the first time ever, I am actually having to hide my beef jerky from my wife. She is not a beef jerky enthusiast like myself, this batch of the brisket jerky and she cannot get enough. It is delicious just the right amount of suite with a nice hot finish.
