The Cowboy Slabs can barely be chewed. Very, very tough to rip and eat.
Wish the Texas Style Jerky would come back. Disappointed in BULK..
Has great taste and texture not too hot but still spicy. Will be ordering again soon.
Loved the old style Cowboy Tough Jerky. Thin, rip your jaws off kinda chew. This is too moist and tender for me. Sorry guys
Ive had dozens of brands of jerky and this one is by far the best. There is full flavor the entire time I am chewing it, it doesn’t dissipate like other brands.
