Times are changing

Things have changed. Normally I order and had it within 3 days. Took 13 days this time. When I ordered 3 lbs. in the past, it came in 1 pound vacuum sealed bags, this time it was in one big bag. If you put slabs in it, you could have fooled me, most of it was all broken up. Flavor was good but far from tear and chew.
